PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of poor workability of the conventional art that the air intake and exhaust opening requires a certain space in the longitudinal direction for holding a damper, and the length of the intake and exhaust opening main body becomes so great that the main body is hardly installable in a place of a small depth, such as in the inside of a wall, and that since the shape of the opening in the wall for providing the intake and exhaust opening is round or square, the gap between the main body and the opening becomes large due to the difference of the shapes, and a positional correction is required in order to screen the part of the opening from the room side. SOLUTION: This air intake and exhaust opening has a main body 31 which has an indoor side opening 33 and an outdoor side opening 34, an air path from the indoor side opening and an air path from the outdoor side are interconnected almost at right angles. A damper 40 for blocking the air path from the outdoor side is installed in the main body of the intake and exhaust opening, and the axial direction of the damper 40 is directed to the indoor side opening 33. A positioning means is provided on the outer periphery of the main body 31 for centering the attachment hole 36a provided on a wall face 36 and the center of the main body 31 with each other. |
