PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-absorbing duct which is easy to manufacture and designed with a simple structure while incorporating high sound-absorbing performance and having little adverse effects to an environment. SOLUTION: This sound-absorbing duct comprises a ventilating passage tube formed of a porous material in which plastic particles are partly fusion- bonded to each other, and a duct outer tube provided at the outside of the passage tube via a space and has an inside diameter larger than that of the passage tube.
