PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of safely performing transaction even about 'intangibles' such as know-how and an idea. SOLUTION: An idea inviter transmits idea contents to be invited to a management server 10. The server 10 carries the transmitted invited contents on an electronic bulletin board. The invited contents includes information specifying the idea inviter and these pieces of information are carried on the electronic bulletin board. Only transaction by a real name is allowed so that an illegal action can effectively be prevented. Next, an applicant browses the electronic bulletin board and subsequently transmits the contents of self-idea to the server 10. The server 10 notifies the inviter of the contents of an applied idea when the idea is applied. Because the information specifying the idea applicant is included in the contents of the applied idea, an application has to be done by revealing the real name so that an idea application can be performed more prudently. |
