摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of circuit boards for stack structure which can reduce the size or occupying space of a device, such as a computer, etc., by preventing adverse effects of contact, breakage, etc., on adjacent circuit boards at mounting/dismounting of the circuit boards on/from the device. SOLUTION: In this fixing structure of circuit boards for stack structure, in which circuit boards 3 and 4 are fixed to each other with a spacer 6 interposed between the boards 3 and 4 and clamping members 7 which respectively clamp the boards 3 and 4 to both end sections of the spacer 6, clamping member housing plates 1, which are provided with projecting sections 1a which are inserted into the through-holes 3a and 4a of the circuit board 3 and 4 from the opposite surface sides of the boards 3 and 4, recessed sections 1b which are formed of the projecting sections 1a on the opposite sides of the sections 1a and respectively house the clamping members 7, and clamping holes 1a through which the portions of either the spacer 6 or members 7 clamped to the members 7 or spacer 6 are passed and fixed to the circuit boards 3 and 4 are held between the spacer 6 and clamping member 7.
