BUNDLED WIRE EXCHANGER AND SUBSTRATE WIRING METHOD USING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wiring made into a transmission line and further to make the wiring length shortest even if bundled wires connecting a start-point side and an end-point side are discrepant in bundling order. SOLUTION: Bundled wires 3a and 3b are led out as a transmission line in terminal order from terminals 1a and 2a and a conversion area 4 where the bundling order is converted is arranged at an arbitrary position on the wire connection line between the bundled wires 3a and 3b. The conversion of the bundling order between the bundled wires 3a and 3b is performed in the conversion area 4. The conversion area 4 is composed of multilayered wiring using a via hole 5, wiring is made into a transmission line to make bending acute, and crossing is made orthogonal by a different wiring layer in such a case to suppress the distortion of transmission waveform and signal crosstalk between the bundled wires. Consequently, bundle wiring between bundle terminals on the start-point and end-point sides which are discrepant in terminal order and its shortest wiring can be performed.
