PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized sounding element with connector that is built in a cellular phone or the like, which enables to connect with a set to be built in without wiring a lead out of the sounding element, attaching another connector to the lead, or arranging a conductive member such as a spring member or the like between the sounding element and a circuit board. SOLUTION: Under conditions that the connection between a sounding element and a counterpart is done through a flexible board 20, a connector 17 is integrated with a case 11, and then a spring terminal 18 is arranged to the connector 17. After mounting a slider 19 in the connector 17 slidably, one end of the board 20 is inserted into a gap defined between the slider and the spring terminal in a drawn state as shown by 19', and thereafter, the slider is pushed in, thereby pressing a conductive pattern on the terminal spring to obtain electrical connection. The connector and the slider are each provided with a hook member, protrusion, recess or the like for keeping the pressed-in state by the engagement, thereby preventing falling from the connector when drawn.
