PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive transmitting device where eccentricity of a driving part to be rotated or a rotating drive transmitting system is absorbed. SOLUTION: In the device, an angleδbetween lines connecting each centers of a drive inputting gear 42b, a transmission idle gear 41 and an output gear to be driven 40 in a gear train driving the output gear to be driven 40 by the drive inputting gear 42b through the transmission idle gear 41, is set to be twice the size of a pressure angleαof each gear and position of installment of the drive inputting gear 42b is brought in a more upstream side of a rotating direction D of the transmission idle gear 41 than the drive outputting gear 40.
