PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that installs and supports a level measuring instrument on a stable and immovable substance rigidly for preventing fluctuation and position movement in case of measuring work when installing the level measuring instrument. SOLUTION: A pipe material c with a very rare influence form deformation by vibration or load is used, and also fixability and immobility of the pipe material c are enhanced by using a tension material or compression material around a middleway of the pipe length. Fixability and stability of a level measuring instrument b are enhanced by a supporting device a. Measuring accuracy is enhanced to±1 mm when a distance to a side point is set at 20 m.
