PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain large output by mounting a device to even small motors and engines for increasing the torque more than that of the input shaft, although a motor capacity, an engine capacity, or the like usually need to be increased to increase the output in a motor, an engine, or the like. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft for input, where a permanent magnet is mounted, and a rotary shaft for output where the permanent magnet is mounted being driven by a means for synchronizing a gear wheel or the like by the rotary shaft for input are made the auxiliary/reinforcing devices of the rotary force of the rotary shaft for output due to the attraction and repulsion of magnetic force. However, by connecting the rotary shaft for input of this device to the output shaft of the motor, torque and output which exceed those of a motor can be obtained in the circuit shaft for the output of this device.
