PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change display contents efficiently by forming the whole display device constituted of a plurality of display means which includes an image display as a mosaic panel. SOLUTION: This mosaic panel is formed, so that blind tiles 6 and illuminating tiles 7 are fitted to squares forming the whole of a display surface into a grid shape by lengthwise and crosswise partitions. A plurality of parts among the display surface, having a high possibility of display changes being required are formed into variable display parts 1 (1-1 to 1-4), and other parts are formed into invariable display parts 2. The variable display part is formed out of a high-density illuminating display device 23 with at least a part thereof is constituted of a plasma display device 8, so that image display can be made.
