PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rebuilding a tower that can construct a new tower around an existing tower, while using an existing antenna installed on the existing tower and preventing a transmission reception radio wave interference by the existing antenna. SOLUTION: This method includes steps, where a lower outer shell 20 and an upper outer shell 30 of a new tower 100 are sequentially built up in many stages in a way of surrounding the existing tower 10, until the upper part of the outer shell under the construction reaches a height suitable for relocation of existing antennas 131-133 installed on an antenna installation section 12 of the existing tower. The existing antennas 131-133 are relocated sequentially to the outer shell under the construction. After building the outer shell with a desired height, a conical or columnar tower 40 is built on the upper end of the outer shell and new antennas 13A-13C are installed on the tower 40. This method requires acquisition of no new tower lot, if there is a small space available surrounding the existing tower.
