PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchanger allowing exchange of various beam bulbs using a simple operation. SOLUTION: This beam bulb exchanger comprises a head provided ranging to a suction and exhaust passage, having an adsorption pad adapted to contact a beam bulb at its top flat portion and a hood provided around the peripheral edge of the adsorption pad, and an expansible pole, to the end of which the head is secured, having a suction and exhaust passage communicating with the adsorption pad inside and a suction pump and an air passage with a valve, communicating with the suction and exhaust passage at the base end. Connection members 31, 32, 51, 52, by which the head and the pole are mechanically connected together and both suction and exhaust passages are connected together, are provided for the head to be detachably secured to the end of the pole.
