PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing an autoimmune disease that is simple and can detect the symptom of the autoimmune disease reliably, a kit for measuring anti-CCT self-antibody value, a method for diagnosing a tumor that can diagnose the tumor reliably, and a kit for measuring CCT. SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing an autoimmune disease features the measurement of anti-CCT self-antibody value in a sample to be examined. The kit for measuring the anti-CCT self-antibody value is used for the diagnosis method and contains the CCT antigen protein of the mammals. The method for diagnosing tumor features the measurement of the amount of CCT in the sample to be inspected. Also, the kit for measuring CCT is used for the diagnosis measurement and contains the anti-CCT antibody.
