FREQUENCY SWEEP TYPE APPARATUS FOR MEASURING INTENSITY OF ELECTRIC FIELD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity apparatus for measuring the intensity of an electric field which can compare a radio wave protection standard value set for every frequency band with an intensity of waves at the point. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a mixer circuit 7 for converting output signals of a wideband antenna 2 into intermediate frequency signals, and a local oscillation circuit 11 for supplying signals of a frequency conforming to a frequency control signal from the outside as local signal for the mixer circuit. The local oscillation circuit is driven by an output signal of the mixer circuit via a band limiting filter 8, an intermediate frequency amplifier circuit 9 and a wave detect circuit 4 at a frequency interval from a lower limit frequency to an upper limit frequency designated by a control circuit 15. An output voltage of the wave detect circuit for every frequency interval is integrated by an integration circuit 12 according to a designated operation rule and is displayed on a display circuit 5.
