PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase in the circuit scale when realizing a title device in LSI and to prevent the increase in the software scale and the increase in the coefficient amount when realizing the title device by software such as DSP since a fade-out processing is conducted on a sound signal decoded for preventing abnormal sound in a bit stream terminal and a multiplier and a fade-out circuit provided with a fade-out coefficient are required in a conventional case. SOLUTION: Sound data of time sequence of zero data generated in a zero data generation circuit 16 is inputted to a window/overlap circuit 14 and a window/overlap processing is conducted. Thus, the hardware scale and a software scale for the fade-out processing can be reduced by using a window function as the fade-out coefficient.
