PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a tone dolor setting operation of music data which generate musical sound by plural channels and to conduct tone color setting for a specified channel while listening the generated sound of other channels in real time. SOLUTION: A CPU1 receives music data which generate musical sound by plural channels through a MIDI interface 5 or a sequencer 9 in accordance with a control program of a ROM3, sets tone color information for every channel in accordance with the operation of an operator 7 under the playing condition and displays the information on a display 6. The information is stored in a RAM4, the information for every channel being set is transmitted to a prescribed sound source 8 so as to generate musical sound. |
