<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a repeater partially take charge of a push type information providing service in place of an information provider(IP) server. SOLUTION: The user of a mobile system MS prepared to receive the information providing service from an unspecified IP previously performs a registration procedure by accessing a gateway server GWS (S71). When information desired to provide the user is generated, on the other hand, an IP server W constitutes this information as electronic mail and transmits it to the gateway server GWS after adding the attribute data of the user (S72). When the electronic mail to which the attribute data have been added, is received, the gateway server GWS stores the electronic mail in a third mailbox BOX3, performs matching of user attributes and calls the mobile system MS of the relevant user (S73). The called user requests the download of the electronic mail to the gateway server GWS (S74). The gateway server GWS transmits the electronic mail to the requesting mobile system MS (S75 and S76).</p> |
