PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve cooling efficiency for radiation. SOLUTION: A cooling fin 5 consists of a sink plate 50 and a number of fins 51 projecting from the sink plate 50. Each of the fins 51 is in a rod shape and a number of grooves 52 are formed on an outer-periphery surface with a gap in the axial direction, and is arranged on the sink plate 40 with a gap. Each of the fins 50 is formed into a rod shape, and at the same time, is arranged with a gap, thus allowing cold wind to pass through the fins from any direction. Also, by providing a number of grooves in the fins, the surface area is increased.
