PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration resistance and shock resistance of a piezoelectric transformer or a device, using the transformer. SOLUTION: At mounting of the piezoelectric transformer 10 on a substrate 13, the transformer 10 is made to not move more than the amplitude of the vibration caused by energy conversion by press-contacting elastic conductor terminals 12 provided opposingly on a substrate 13, with external electrodes providing on the opposing side faces of the transformer 10, and at the same time, arranging the transformer 10 among a plurality of supports 11 provided on the substrate 13 at fixed intervals.
