PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner magnetic shield for cathode-ray tube, superior in work efficiency during process of manufacturing the cathode-ray tube with reduced adhesion over a wide range, without damaging the magnetic shielding effect. SOLUTION: In this magnetic shield, a frame structure shaping quadrangular pyramidal trapezoid that covers the majority of electron beams is numbered 12, and fold parts that folds the quadrangular pyramidal trapezoid 12 bent outwardly at its base-side opening as 10, projections provided on the fold parts 10 as 11, and fold flaps folded at the fold parts as 13, respectively. When the inner magnetic shield 5 of this device is piled up, it makes contact with the projections 11 and prevents close adherence, when piling.
