PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with ah holding part capable of holding a coat of the end of an electrical wire while preventing damage to the coat. SOLUTION: Plural electrical wire holding pieces 6 are arranged in a row at intervals of a sufficient size for storing and disposing electrical wires 10 in a housing 2. A flat electrical wire pressing piece 7 slanting inward is made to extent upward from the top of a pair of the holding pieces 6 respectively. When an electrical wire 10 stored and disposed between electrical wire holding pieces 6 is raised upward, the outer surface of the coat 12 of the electrical wire 10 is brought into contact with the slanting surfaces 7b on the inner side of the electrical wire pressing pieces 7 in relatively with contact area.
