PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable-type service tank to have structure, where the fill cap of the service tank is not threadedly jointed and the mechanism for performing simple oiling can be used in fuel burning appliances, such as an oil-burning space heater and an open type forced ventilating oil-burning space heater. SOLUTION: A removable-type service tank has a structure where a packing is adhered to a gap between an oil filler installed at a service tank body and a filler cap provided with an oiling valve device to effect sealing of oil and structure, where a base plate body is locked removably by a lock means in a way that the filler cap is protruded, and a plurality of locking means are situated in a plurality of the spots of a peripheral part centering around the filler cap, and during the release of locking, the whole periphery of the base plate is removed as it is, and movement is made practicable by transfer operation. The base plate body is not separated away from the tank body even after release of locking via the structure such that the base plate is coupled to the tank body with a medium as the intermediary and is capable of always being transferred in a horizontal attitude. |
