PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electric power from coming out of a circuit block that cannot be turned off, to prevent the voltage to a line of a main power supply that is kept off and also to prevent malfunction of a circuit block that cannot be turned off in an on/off made of an energy saving power supply. SOLUTION: A buffer 23 which is connected in the line from a main control CPU 1 that undergoes the energy saving control to a power-on CPU 15 consists of CMOSIC, etc., that has the reduced current leaked from an input terminal and also has the hysteresis characteristic. Meanwhile, a buffer 24 which is connected in the line from the CPU 15 to the CPU 1 consists of a CMOSIC, etc., that has no a protective diode functioning to a power supply against the input terminal. Furthermore, a signal latch means 25 can prevent the malfunctions. |
