PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic material which is capable of preventing abrupt lowering of electric resistance, suppressing the variation of electric resistance and voltage dependence and setting a desired semiconducting region with a small amount of compounding. SOLUTION: The material is formulated to contain the following component (A) and component (B). (A) A binder of at least either of an acrylic binder and a fluorine binder. (B) Epoxy resin coated carbon black prepared by subjecting carbon black to a coating treatment with an epoxy resin.
