PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a powder lump from sticking to the inside of a conveyance belt and to hold a normal conveyance operation of a belt conveyer. SOLUTION: A heater 30 for heating and drying the conveyance belt 6 is provided in the return path of the conveyance belt 6 of the belt conveyer 4 in a lower side of a water cooling device 20. A scraper 36 for removing the powder lump 10a stuck to the inside of the conveyance belt 6 is provided inside an outward path 6a of the conveyance belt 6 in an upper part of an electron beam accelerator 12.
