PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device easily collecting radioactive dust leaked into a processing region when processing equipment containing radioactive materials. SOLUTION: The interval between the processing region 11 and a filter unit 30 for catching the radioactive dust and the space between the filter unit 30 and a suction device 31 are connected by pipes 32, 33 respectively, so that the radioactive dust in the processing region 11 is sucked by the suction device 31 and collected by the filter unit 30. The filters in the filter unit 30 are regenerated or replaced by detaching the pipes 32, 33 therefrom.
