PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a complicated operation of preventing an alarm from ringing again after ringing the alarm, to eliminate an operation of releasing the alarm ringing prohibition in setting an alarm again similarly, to easily set the alarm time to a near future time at all times by setting the present time to a start time in setting the alarm, and to provide the alarm function with multi-functions by providing the alarm function with a timer-like use method. SOLUTION: An alarm time setting is displayed one minute later than the present time display by an external operation means and the alarm time can be corrected to more early or late by the external operation means. Because being timed by a timing means, when the present time and the alarm time become the same, an alarm ringing signal is transmitted to an alarm ringing means by an alarm control means.
