NONCONTACT DATA CARRIER AND IC CHIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC carrier and a data carrier which by securing an electric connection between an antenna coil and bumps of a data carrier. SOLUTION: The noncontact IC carrier is equipped with a resin base material 11, a metallic antenna coil 13 which is provided in the nearly entire area of the resin base material 11, and a data carrier 20 which is connected to the antenna coil 13 through plural bumps 22. Each bump 22 of the data carrier 20 has a base part 22a arranged on the side of the data carrier main body 20a and a projection part 22b which is coupled with the base part 22a through a shoulder part 22c. Each bump 22 is connected to the antenna coil 13 by sticking the projection part 22b into the antenna coil 13.
