PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain equivalent voltage sharing characteristic for a long period of time without large resistance loss in a capacitor accumulating apparatus of simplified structure connecting in series plural capacitors in plural stages. SOLUTION: This capacitor accumulating apparatus comprises capacitor cells C1, C2 of plural stages and voltage dividing resistors R1, R2 connected in series. For the resistance value of this voltage-dividing resistor, when a current dividing coefficient to the divided resistor at the initial charging time of the capacitor accumulating apparatus is reduced to 10% or less, it is defined as the setting reference of the lower limit value. Moreover, when such a current dividing coefficient is reduced to 10% or less of the leakage resistances R12, R22 of this capacitor, it is defined as the setting reference of the upper limit value. |
