SOLUTION: The substrate 20 is composed of a main microcomputer 1 with a built-in flash memory 2, a communication adapter consisting of a optical communication section 7 and a RS-232C communication section 6, a sub- microcomputer 3 provided between the main microcomputer 1 and the communication adapter, a LED display section, and a power source section 5. The program data transferred from a host computer 9 is received by the sub- microcomputer 3 through the communication adapter, and rewritten by program data to which the flash memory 2 of the main microcomputer 1 is transferred.
