PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve sufficient discharge capacity of battery which can be adapted to a battery unit, consisting of for example, a lithium ion secondary battery cell through the use as an alternative to a dry battery of the primary battery, even when an output voltage of the secondary battery cell is high. SOLUTION: This battery unit is formed for allocation in the allocation space of a dry battery for allocating plural dry cells. The power source is supplied through the switching of the connections of a plurality of secondary battery cells 7a to 7d, depending on the output voltages of the secondary battery cells 7a to 7d.
