PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electronic apparatus, battery, and face plate wherein the number of parts is reduced, submergence is confirmed with a submergence confirming mark, and a character/graphic information is read surely. SOLUTION: Related to a small electronic apparatus 1 and a face palate 3, a submergence confirming mark 3m of water-soluble ink and a character/ graphic information 3n of non water-soluble ink are formed on a surface 3Aa of a sheet base 3A. The face plate 3, where the surface 3Aa of the base 3A is covered with a laminate film 3B, is so fitted to the outside surface of a casing 2 that a rear surface 3Aa of the base 3A faces an apparatus case 2 while the submergence confirming mark 3m agrees with an opening 2o. A buttery for a small electronic apparatus is fitted to the outside surface of a package 102, as well with the same configuration.
