PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plasma display that can prevent migration of panel electrodes, even when dimensions are generated due to designed values. SOLUTION: When the dimensions of FPC become larger than the designed value at the side of alignment mark from the slit, with respect to connecting terminals 3R-n(n=1, 2, etc.), at the FPC side and these 5R-n at the panel side, the center line of the former shifts greatly from the center line of the latter in the direction of parting from the alignment mart toward the parting direction. However, since both ends of the connecting terminals 5R-n at the panel side lie within the width of the connecting terminals 3R-n at the FPC side, even if the latter is set wider to part from the alignment mark. Accordingly, the connecting terminals 5R-n on the panel side are covered with the connecting terminals 3R-n at the FPC side after regular press-welding.
