PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet device with improved power-saving functions by preventing overheating and damages in long-term use. SOLUTION: An external cover 1 may be in cylindrical, square, flat, or another shape as needed, a coil 2 is arranged at its inner periphery, and the inside of the external cover 1 has a space so that a core 3 can move its shaft to different positions. The external cover 1 is composed of a metal with improved conductive magnetic polarity, a hole 11 is arranged at least at one end, and a first permanent magnet 4A and a second permanent magnet 4B are arranged at both insides of the external cover 1. The same magnetic poles of the first and second permanent magnets 4A and 4B are arranged so that they face each other, and the coil 2 is arranged at the same positions of both sides. A drive circuit 6 can be installed independently or installed on one side of the external cover 1, its power supply output line 60 and the coil 2 being connected, and a positive-pulse voltage is outputted when power is turned on, and electrical energy is stocked on an electrical container.
