The preparation has very high biological activity, is easily applied, forms no sticking of the hairs and does not harm the skin and the hair. The preparation is applied in the form of lotions, balms, creams, sprays and others. It is in the form of aqueous emulsion of the oil/water type. The active components are O,O,O',O'-tetramethyl-O-O'-thiods-p-phenylene-bis(phosphorothioate) and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride.
