The invention relates to a double skin, prefabricated composite panel, which comprises two steel facing plates having a thickness ranging from 2 mm to 32 mm, connected by transverse cross-members (1). Each transverse cross-member (1) is aligned generally normal to the facing plate and it is spaced from the neighbouring cross-member by a distance of 10 ... 80 times the thickness of the facing plates (2, 3), the spacing between the facing plates being of 30 to 800 mm. The gap between the plates is filled with filling material, concrete for example. Thus, made panels may be delivered as completed structures at the assembling place. |
