The invention relates to a swaying lever employed for a motorless driving mechanism, being applicable to light transportation and lifting machines and to simple bicycle-like vehicles. According to the invention, the swaying lever comprises an active arm (1) with an elongated recess (a) and an attachement hole (b), pedal arm (2) with a threaded hole (c) for fastening the pedal. An acute angle (alpha) exists between the active arm (1) and the pedal arm (2), and the arms are connected in a rigid zone (d). The hole (b) has the centre on the axis of symmetry of the pedal arm (2) and at a distance (e) outwards in relation to the symmetry axis of the active arm (1).
