PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch mounting device capable of mounting switches with plural luminous bodies to realize facilitation of control of parts and application work by promoting interchangeability of operation plates. SOLUTION: This switch attachment device comprises operation plates 400 for pressurizing operation which are engaged with a proper position in actuators 112 of switches 100 in accordance with the attachment position of the switches 100 to an mounting frame 210, a luminous display part 411b formed in the prescribed position of these operation plates 400, and light guide bodies 450 which are attached on the rear face side of the operation plates 400 and which conduct rays of light from neon tubes arranged in the switches 100 to the luminous display part 411b. And, these light guide bodies 450 are attached movable freely to the operation plates 400 to enable to rewove the light guide bodies 450 to a proper position in accordance with the engagement position of the operation plates 400 with the actuators 112.
