PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a development system for downloading an object program to a handy terminal for every of compile. SOLUTION: The object code outputted by a compile is made to be a virtual machine language executable for the handy terminal and a host computer. When developing an application program, the action is confirmed by the host computer without downloading the object to the handy terminal every time.
