<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture input device and a picture output device, which secure quality stability in the distribution of a livestock product and realize much more transactions. SOLUTION: A digital camera and the like are used for an input means. A filter and an illumination device are exploited so that a dressed carcass can be picture-inputted with a condition that the surface state of flesh in a refrigerator is similar to the surface state of flesh, which is decided by a carcass transaction standard. The flesh surface sate and the carcass transaction standard are displayed on a picture output device such as CRT so that they can simultaneously be compared.</p> |
