PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate a fragrance based on an examined result totalized from answers obtained from many subjects. SOLUTION: On a fragrance evaluation question sheet 10, a first item describing 'sense evaluating terms' for evaluating the fragrance based on a sensitive stimulus, a second item describing 'emotion evaluating terms' for evaluating based on mood called attention when the fragrance is smelled, a third item describing 'subject's 'tastes' and an evaluation item describing ranks of the respective items are printed. In the first and second items, adjectives of 'mellow, stuffy, transparent, sweet, strong, sour, soft, dense, relieved, softened, no calm, refreshing, relaxed, unstable, cheerful, vague, impatient and refreshed'. The evaluation of the fragrance can be conducted at a predetermined standards by totalizing the answers described on the sheets 10 of the fragrance.
