PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for measuring an optical tomographic image capable of enhancing the dynamic range of the electric signal of the interference light of the signal light reflected from an object to be measured irradiated with light and the reference light reflected by a reference light reflecting mirror by removing noise contained in the electric signal and capable of rapidly measuring the optical tomographic image free from a virtual image with high sensitivity.
