PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-phase large-current switchgear which has dipole per phase with magnetic compensation circuits. SOLUTION: A three-phase switchgear 10 which has two adjoining poles per phase is provided in inside poles 26, 32 of each side phase with magnetic compensation circuits 82 designed so that the power distribution between two poles 24, 26 and 32, 34 of each side face phase may be optimized in equilibrated three-phase actuation. By this arrangement, currents which flow to either two poles of the side face phase are equilibrated, in particular by reducing the current intensity and temperature of the inside poles 26, 32 of the side face phase.
