PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive heat exchanger for temperature regulator having high heat exchanging efficiency in which a large heat transfer area can be ensured for fluid and the heat transfer area can be increased or decreased easily as required. SOLUTION: Heat exchanging plates 2, 3 and a plurality of thermo modules 4A are laid alternately in layers where the heat exchanging plates have such a structure as a channel forming plate 5 having channels of labyrinth structure is wrapped in a thin shell 7. The shell has inflow holes of fluid and outflow holes of fluid passed through the channel of labyrinth structure and a Peltier element is employed as the thermo module.
