PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic circuit for speaker that is used for on-vehicle devices and video/audio devices and takes environmental protection measures for the earth such as energy saving, use of no solvent and recycling. SOLUTION: A top plate 11, a magnet 12 and a yoke 13 are joined by a rivet having a collar 14a made of a nonmagnetic material and an intermediate step pant 14b. Thus, no adhesive, that is, no solvent is employed, and a gap 14c provided between a bottom of the yoke 13 and an outermost diameter of the rivet 14 facilitates to break the rivet 14 by a tool such as a nipper thereby enhancing the recycling performance.
