PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse-generating circuit that generates an output signal having a desired period from an input signal, which has a period shorter than the required period. SOLUTION: This pulse-generating circuit is provided with a delay circuit 101 connected to an input terminal, an AND gate 102 that is connected to an output of the delay circuit 101 and the input terminal, an inverted delay circuit 103 that is connected to the output of the AND gate 102, and an AND gate 104 that is connected to the output of the inverted delay circuit 103 and the input terminal and whose output is connected to an output terminal.
