PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat the hydrogen absorbing material with a simple means. SOLUTION: A hydrogen absorbing material 11 is heated by the heat of adsorption to be generated when an adsorbing material 21 adsorbs the adsorbing medium (steam). In comparison with a case of heating the absorbing material 11 with an electric heater or the hot water stored in a temperature insulating tank, the absorbing material 11 can be heated more simply and easily. Since the material 11 can be securely heated without increasing the dimension of the hydrogen supplying device nor raising the manufacturing cost, hydrogen can be stably supplied at a low cost.
