摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify procedures for acquiring a band by representing the propagation delay of a communication medium by using an identifier. SOLUTION: The band acquiring means 609 of a 2nd transmitter 614 finds a band used by a 1st transmitter 606 by using a propagation delay identifier 105 read from the transmitter 606 and the maximum transmission data quantity 605 after stopping the transmission of the transmitter 606 and starts transmission by using the band. A needed procedure is simplified since the return and reacquisition of the band are not involved in the case of switching transmitters. Further, the band can effectively be utilized by using the propagation delay identifier.
