PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the easiness of a customer's operation of a customer terminal device which constitutes an unattended transaction system. SOLUTION: A document writing stand 20 includes an image reading area 20a where the documents such as applications are placed, and a noncontact image reading part 21 is provided above the area 20a to read a document placed on the area 20a and to acquire the image data. |
