PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium issuing method for a bankbook document issuing device where a security function is improved much more than a conventional one. SOLUTION: The bankbook document issuing device receives a medium issuing request from an operator (control 1). When the completed medium is to be issued (control 2 and 3), the issuing medium is temporarily held (control 4). The operator coming to receive the medium is caused to perform a recognition operation (control 5). When he is recognized to be the operator requesting issuing (control 6), the medium is taken out from a temporary holding part and it is discharged (control 7 and 8). When he is not recognized, the medium is not discharged (control 9). |
